Our technical experts are always available to assist customers, to provide them with peace of mind, convenience, and seamless experiences throughout their TQ Wuling vehicles ownership journey. The support provided to customers include:

24/7 TECHNICAL SUPPORT

24/7 telephone technical advice will be provided in relation to the vehicle’s operation and safety warnings or lights that may appear, to clarify technical and mechanical information regarding customer’s vehicle or to support customer to rectify the issues on the spot.

BREAKDOWN TOWING TO THE NEAREST AUTHORIZED SERVICE WORKSHOP

If customer’s car is immobilized, or unsafe to move, we will arrange for customer’s vehicle to be towed/ transported to the closest authorized dealer, even during holidays.

EMERGENCY FUEL ASSISTANCE

In the event that the vehicle runs out of fuel, fuel will be delivered to the position of the vehicle.

FLAT BATTERY JUMP-STARTING

In case the customer's vehicle battery is temporarily dead, battery jump-starting service shall be provided to customers.

FLAT TIRE CHANGE (SPARE TIRE IS AVAILABLE)

In the event that one tire of the vehicle is damaged, and the spare tire is available, customer shall be provided tire replacement service.
In case there is no spare tire available, or more than two tires are damaged, towing service to the closest authorized dealer will be recommended.

(*) All costs incurred when using 3rd party services such as towing fees, tire replacement, battery jump-start, fuel assistance, etc. will be paid by the customer.
