The 4,300 km Journey of the TQ Wuling N300P Light Truck

Three TQWuling N300P trucks traveled across 24 provinces and cities in just 24 days, covering a total distance of 4,297 km as part of a nationwide program by Tan Chong Group, the official distributor of Wuling light trucks in Vietnam.
Tan Chong Group launched the “TQ Wuling Roadshow 2024 – Heavy Load, Light Roll” campaign, which took place from November 26 to December 18, 2024. The roadshow featured three variants of the TQ Wuling N300P light truck (carrier, cargo box and canopy). The journey began at the southernmost point of Ca Mau, traversed 24 provinces and cities, and concluded in Lang Son City. This marks the second cross-country journey for the TQ Wuling N300P, organized by Tan Chong Group.

Throughout the journey, the distributor organized 24 test drive events and product showcases at 7 dealerships and 28 market locations across the country. Over 5,000 people engaged with the brand, presenting a valuable opportunity for TQ Wuling to strengthen its connection with Vietnamese consumers.
“The tough terrain and challenging weather conditions did not pose any difficulty for the TQ Wuling N300P, thanks to the robustness of its GM-engineered power train. The vehicles ran smoothly throughout the trip, requiring only one oil change, with no repairs or parts replacements needed,” said a representative of Tan Chong Group, the official distributor of TQ Wuling trucks in Vietnam. “This is a testament to the vehicle’s quality, inherited from Wuling Motors (SGMW) and the high standards of assembly and finishing by Tan Chong Group.”

The TQ Wuling N300P light truck is equipped with GM-engineered engine technology, meets Euro 5 emission standards, features ABS braking, and has a payload capacity of 1,050 kg. Inside, the truck boasts a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with support for Apple CarPlay and Android Phone, along with a built-in dash camera.

The TQ Wuling brand is the result of a partnership between Truckquip, a subsidiary of Tan Chong Group (Malaysia), and Wuling Motors, a subsidiary of SGMW (SAIC-GM-Wuling). These vehicles are assembled at Tan Chong Group's factory in Da Nang, inheriting quality from SGMW and GM-engineered technology. The trucks come with a 3-year or 100,000 km warranty, whichever comes first, and a nationwide 24/7 roadside assistance service.
